OpenGate's formal evaluation service is the Comprehensive Alcohol and Drug Evaluation. The full Addiction Severity Index (ASI) is one component of OpenGate's comprehensive evaluation and is not a separate evaluation service. Additional standardized, evidence-based screening or assessment instruments may be used when clinically indicated.
Clinical findings and recommendations are individualized. When applicable, OpenGate uses The ASAM Criteria, Fourth Edition to inform level-of-care recommendations.
These resources provide general educational information and are not legal advice. Specific legal, licensing, and administrative requirements and decisions are determined by the applicable court, WYDOT, or other authority. If you have written instructions, follow them and consult your attorney for legal guidance when needed.

Contact Damon about an evaluation, education or outpatient counseling.
Already have an evaluation or recommendation? OpenGate can review it. If it recommends Wyoming impaired-driving education, OpenGate can provide that education through Prime For Life® Individual Adult Education after the applicable assessment/documentation review. If it recommends Outpatient Counseling (ASAM Level 1.5), OpenGate can provide that counseling when Level 1.5 remains clinically appropriate.
Services are available by secure video telehealth (online) and in person at the Casper office, by appointment only. No walk-ins.
Audio-only telephone may be used for any service or portion of a service when Damon determines it is clinically appropriate and consistent with applicable law, WDH rules and requirements, licensure, professional standards, and the client's circumstances.
