Court-Ordered Substance Use Services in Wyoming
OpenGate is certified by the Wyoming Department of Health to provide ASAM Assessment Services for Substance Use Disorder, Early Intervention and Secondary Prevention Education, and ASAM Level 1.5 Outpatient Therapy for adults.
OpenGate provides services by secure video telehealth (online) to adults physically located anywhere in Wyoming. For adults physically located in Colorado, OpenGate provides eligible Wyoming services by secure video telehealth (online) when the requested service falls within Damon's Colorado LCSW scope. Eligible Wyoming matters include Wyoming court, probation/parole, driver license, attorney-referral, or other Wyoming service requirements. OpenGate does not provide Colorado-approved DUI Level I or Level II education or treatment. In-person appointments are offered at the Casper office by appointment only. No walk-ins.

Wyoming Court-Ordered Services Available
OpenGate protects confidential client information under applicable Wyoming and Colorado law, Wyoming Department of Health requirements, professional duties, and any federal requirements that apply to a particular record or circumstance. Records received from a program subject to 42 CFR Part 2 may carry additional federal restrictions on use or disclosure. When appropriately authorized or otherwise permitted or required by law, OpenGate may provide relevant information to an authorized recipient.
