Website Analytics and Performance

OpenGate uses Google Search Console to review aggregated information about the website's performance in Google Search. OpenGate also uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand website traffic and technical performance and to improve the website. These tools may provide aggregated or anonymized information such as pages viewed, referral sources, general geographic information, browser or device type, and website-performance metrics. OpenGate does not use these tools to collect clinical information or for advertising pixels, remarketing, or session replay.

Sensitive Information

This website does not contain a clinical intake form and is not intended for the submission of confidential client information, substance-use details, or sensitive legal information. Email and text messaging are for scheduling and administrative communication only. Do not include confidential client information, substance-use details, or sensitive legal information in ordinary email or text messages.

Clinical Privacy

OpenGate protects confidential client information under applicable Wyoming and Colorado law, Wyoming Department of Health requirements, professional duties, and any federal requirements that apply to a particular record or circumstance. Records received from a program subject to 42 CFR Part 2 may carry additional federal restrictions on use or disclosure.
