ASI evaluations, education & outpatient counseling

OpenGate accepts referrals from attorneys and other professional referral sources for three individual adult services:

Education or counseling after an outside evaluation

OpenGate also accepts referrals when another provider has already completed the evaluation and recommended a service OpenGate provides. If a qualifying evaluation recommends Wyoming impaired-driving education, OpenGate can provide the education through Prime For Life® Individual Adult Education after reviewing the evaluation and recommendation. If the evaluation recommends Outpatient Counseling (ASAM Level 1.5), OpenGate can provide that counseling when Level 1.5 remains clinically appropriate.

Authorized coordination & records

WYDOT, court, attorney, probation/parole, and other coordination may be provided only when connected to an applicable OpenGate service and supported by a valid case-specific authorization or other verified legal authority. Coordination is not a separate service.

When appropriately authorized or otherwise permitted or required by law, OpenGate may provide relevant information to an authorized recipient.
