Emergency Services
OpenGate is not an emergency or crisis service. In an emergency or when someone is in immediate danger, call 911. For suicide or mental-health crisis support, call or text 988.
Privacy and Confidentiality
OpenGate protects confidential client information under applicable Wyoming and Colorado law, Wyoming Department of Health requirements, professional duties, and any federal requirements that apply to a particular record or circumstance. Records received from a program subject to 42 CFR Part 2 may carry additional federal restrictions on use or disclosure. Review the Wyoming Privacy and Confidentiality Practices Notice.
Administrative Communications
Email and text messaging are for scheduling and administrative communication only. Do not include confidential client information, substance-use details, or sensitive legal information in ordinary email or text messages.
Recording and Capture
OpenGate does not record or transcribe sessions, telehealth encounters, or clinical calls. OpenGate does not consent to, and its policy prohibits, recording, photographing, screen capture, livestreaming, transcription, or other capture by clients, participants, observers, attorneys, agencies, platforms, AI tools, or other persons or entities, except as otherwise required by law. Any recording or capture required by law must comply with applicable notice and consent requirements.
